They have offered honorary services at camps arranged by various charitable organizations.
They have given honorary services at Jalaram Eye Hospital, Dharmaj and Bhadran Mitra Mandal Hospital, Bhadran from 1988 to 2004. They presently offer honorary service for needy patients once a week (Tuesday) at their Borsad hospital.
